1973 CADILLAC ELDORADO

This 1973 Cadillac Eldorado Convertible was purchased by the seller in 2021 and subsequently underwent a refurbishment that included repainting the exterior red, refreshing the interior, and replacing braking, suspension, exhaust, and fuel-delivery components along with the carburetor, alternator, battery, tires, convertible top, front bumper filler, and door handles. The car is powered by a 500ci V8 linked to a three-speed automatic transmission, and additional equipment includes 15" steel wheels, front disc brakes, a power-operated white soft top, cornering lights, and a power-adjustable front bench seat. The 15" steel wheels feature black covers and are mounted with Vercelli Classic 787 tires. The following components are said to have been replaced under current ownership: • Front axle half shafts • Front wheel bearings • Front brake calipers • Rear wheel cylinders • Master brake cylinder • Vacuum brake booster • Brake proportioning valve • Shocks • Tires. The 500ci V8 features a Rochester Quadrajet four-barrel carburetor for a factory output of 365 horsepower. The carburetor, alternator, fuel sending unit, fuel pump, distributor, ignition coil, master battery disconnect, battery cables, and various gaskets and relays were replaced.
